Copyright ownership always remains with Rize Design / Walchensteiner & Partner, even when the work was created for and paid by a client.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for the specific purpose defined in the project agreement (e.g. particular media, territories or timeframes).

Any use, reproduction or distribution beyond this scope requires prior written approval from the creator.

Modifications, adaptations or reuse in new contexts are only permitted after consultation and license extension.

This ensures that each work remains protected, authentic, and used in a way that honours its creative integrity.
